Wind Blossom never touched these creatures, but as all species do, they evolved, and certain strains have become more tame while the wild flits have become wilder and fiercer.
Wild Strains
Striped Gold: This gold can have stripes of any color on her muzzle and she has wickedly sharp claws. She is aggressive and defensive in one, both being to help her protect her wild clutch's against humans stealing eggs and wild dragons. Her clutch's are much harder to steal than the gold of old's because she is even more protective. These flits make good defenders and pet's if you can manage to get an egg, though it is very hard.
Glow Bronze: These bronzes create a natural glow wherever they go whether they are in the dark or in bright sunlight. They are good weyrmates for the striped golds and often bring food and form protection for a gold weyrmate and use the rest of the fair to help with protection.
Flame Brown: The brown of old is gone and has been replaced with this handsome brown. This brown has a temper to match hell itself and loves to protect the queen of its fair with fire. It has wickedly sharp teeth and wickedly sharp claws.
Feline Blue: These little blues seem to have the traits of felines, aggressive and mean. They are a main part of the protection of a fair and they catch greens by brute force, as they are very forceful flits and the poor green flits are to weak and flirty to fight back.
Flamboyant Green: If anything the poor green has become weaker willed and more lusty and more of a flirt. These greens are easily dominated by the fierce males and never fight back against anything they are told to do. When they tire near the end of a flight it is easy for a male to catch them by brute force and they won't fight back at all. They have also become even less smart and probably the only thing evolution has given these dragons is there ability to follow orders, like protecting a gold's nest with every ability they have. These flits don't care at all for their few eggs and normally leave them to be eaten bu tunnelsnakes, since the queen never orders them to guard the eggs. Greens only produce purples.
Dainty Purple: One of the easiest eggs to obtain from the wild, these little flits are aggressive at anyone you point out to be an enemy, but other then that they don't do much but sit and fly around looking pretty and tiny. Luckily, these flits are neuter or there might be a ton of pretty stupid little purple things all over.
Tame flits
Golden Gold: A pure and beautiful gold that is almost a lappet. She is very concerned with her looks and with being bossy to any other flits. She is sort of a softened and larger version of the gold of old. He claws are golden and very blunt as well as her expecting to be hand fed at every meal by her pet. Her mothering instinct is all but gone since humans have been pampering and taking all her eggs, she never needs the mothering instinct.
Prissy Bronze: These pampered big males have a tendency to be very lusty after any female and to have no instinct about helping the female with her eggs at all. He cares only for the flight and showing off. He makes an ok messenger but he would much rather sit on your neck and show off how drop dead gorgeous he is. He is a touch on the daring side, when he has anything to be daring about.
Proud Brown: These creatures are very proud of themselves for how they look and act. they are always proud barring and are very proud about being a soft and gorgeous brown. They consider themselves better than bronze, almost to good to be messengers, but if you beg and give them food, they might just give up their pride for long enough to go.
Pretty Blue: These males win their greens by showing off beauty. Of all the colors these males make the best messengers because they haven't gotten to high of an inflated opinion. THey are still modest about their beauty, at least.
Flirty Green: If anything these beautiful and smooth flying greens have become more lusty and more of a flirt. Even when they aren't close to flight they can't help but flirt, and they happen to not have any thought at mothering and are often flying again soon after they have laid their eggs. Often times their eggs are just taken to the wild to be left for something to get since their are a ton of blacks out there.
Humble blacks: Born from the greens, these blacks are the only dragon that is truly humble. They never flaunt around showing off and they always look very innocent, though they are so stupid they can't even figure out how to go between. These flits are neuter.
