There are many islands on Pern, and four huge fairs of dragons inahabit or hunt on most of them. Wild People (although they are very rare) are also found out on these islands, either with their fair or on there own. The four fairs of the Islands are, "The Moonstruck Island Fair", "The Windward Island Fair", "The Skybound Island Fair", and "The Ocean Island Fair".
